Payment and prices

All prices are current and subject to change in the future. The individual and current total price of your order is totaled at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you simply identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A nice thing about Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either by Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.

Terms of payment are also indicated at checkout under each payment option.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Standard (traceable)
Free invoice within Sweden for purchases over 800 SEK incl. VAT. Otherwise from 89 SEK. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest delivery point.

International delivery
Country-based price for delivery outside Sweden. Delivery within 30 days to the nearest delivery point. Free delivery outside Sweden 1000 SEK

Terms of delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated for each item. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions when it is impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive any compensation to the customer for delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new freight from us to you. Returns should be sent directly to us and not to an agent.

14 days open purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or major part of it). The item should be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

If you, the customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function and this has resulted in the item being returned being worth less, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the item from the amount to be refunded. The loss of value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund policy

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.

Unredeemed parcels

We reserve the right to charge the costs of handling unclaimed or refused packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 199 if a package is not collected. The parcel remains with the postal agent for 7 days before it is returned to us. Therefore, please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you must first collect the package and then return it. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Privacy policy

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. You also agree that we can contact you by e-mail and SMS regarding your order and send offers by e-mail and SMS from us and our partners. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In this case, please contact us by e-mail.
