How long is your delivery time?

1-3 business days for stock items such as accessories, tools, and equipment. 3-10 days for clothing items with prints. Please note that this time estimation is within Sweden and may take additional days for delivery to other countries.

Where is my package?

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number via email from PostNord or DHL. Track your package via the link in the email, or visit PostNord.se or DHL.com.

I want to exchange or return a product, how do I proceed?

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. Returns should be sent as letters or packages, not as cash on delivery. For exchanges, we pay for the new shipping from us to you. Returns must be sent directly to us and not to an agent. The address for returns is:

Can I cancel my purchase?

When shopping online, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Sales Act. However, the packaging must not be broken, and the item must not have been used.
