Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT. Please note that the price excluding VAT may not be displayed until the organization number (VAT) is entered.

Payment terms are 30 days after the goods leave our warehouse in Sweden.
Deliveries and returns
All goods sent from us are sent with a traceable company package via PostNord or DHL. Please note delivery times on the product pages, where delivery time varies depending on quantity. Your order is sent when all goods are in stock. In case of desired partial delivery, please specify this in your order. If no estimated delivery time is specified on the product page, 30 days delivery time applies. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by email and will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder can not fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a traceable company package. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
14 days open purchase
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in any original box. This only applies to stock items, not special orders. If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.
